Marks AI is how I carry work that used to need a small team: dispatching agents, checking the output, and shipping the useful part.
Most of my career was inside large UK organisations: running platforms, picking technology, building the kind of automation that quietly cuts millions off operating cost. The tools are cheaper now. The models are good enough. The hard bit is still the same: route the work properly, check it, and ship.
Marks AI is the operating layer for that. I run Claude, Codex, Gemini and a few smaller tools as a deliberate stack. One model drafts, another checks, another researches, another writes code. I stay in the middle: framing the mission, deciding what matters, and taking responsibility for what leaves the workshop.
I currently look after a small number of UK clients end-to-end, including Taylored Hypnotherapy and Bertha Park. Two further clients are in discovery / NDA and stay private until the work is ready to be named.
That is the useful version of AI in solo consulting: not pretending the machines are magic, not pretending there is a hidden team, and not selling throughput for its own sake. The architecture compounds. The operator stays one.

Therapists and counsellors. Coaches and hypnotherapists. Residents' groups and community organisations. Photographers, consultants, accountants, creatives. Trade businesses when the scope is real and the relationship is ready to be made public. If I don't think I can help you, I'll say so.
I deliberately keep the variety wide. A therapy practice next to a residents' group forces every project to find its own voice. That makes each piece of work better, and the shared infrastructure underneath it stronger, because each new vertical teaches the platform something.
Geographically: anywhere in the UK. I work remotely over WhatsApp, email and the occasional video call. The work is the same wherever you are.
